Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address before you pay. Check the final shipping charge and total before placing your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery depends on order processing, your destination and the selected shipping service. If you need your costume for Halloween or another event, contact atomala220310gm@gmail.com with your postcode and event date before ordering for the latest estimate. Do not assume an express service guarantees delivery for a specific event.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, orders must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

Order help

Check your delivery address carefully. If you need to correct it, or your parcel is delayed or has not arrived, email us with your order number. We will help investigate and explain the available resolution. This policy does not limit your statutory delivery or cancellation rights.
